Awesome service! First time personally using an auto detailer and these guys don’t disappoint. I wish I took before pictures so that you could truly see the quality for work on show. One of their team members, Jackson, was working on the vehicle. Super cool, professional and knowledgeable individual. He reached out prior to the appointment with an ETA, arrived 30 minutes before anticipated time, and immediately got to work. Completed an excellent job within 2 hours and 30 minutes. Left the car smelling good and most of all looking great, both inside and outside, for ~$279.00. Even provided recommendations on how to properly upkeep the vehicle moving forward. Well worth it. This is the type of service that earns you a strong and loyal customer base - which you can see reflected by the number of other high ratings and reviews, echoing similar sentiments. I picked these guys based off that, and don’t regret it. Really recommend Affinity. Thanks for the work. Will definitely call you again in the future.

Affinity Auto Detailing is the best car detailing service in Charlotte and the surrounding area. Rob is a wealth of knowledge, with over 30 years of experience in the business. I have used their services several times, and during my most recent appointment, they came out for odor removal after I purchased a new car. Since I have allergies to perfumes and air fresheners, Rob took the time to evaluate the situation and actually recommended a different route that did not involve his business performing the service. That level of honesty is rare. Great service, great pricing, and truly professional. Highly recommend!

I used Affinity Auto Detailing for my Wife's recently purchased Audi SUV and both my Wife and I were very pleased with the service. Rob and his staff were courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job with the detailing and we will be using them again to detail my vehicle.

When my detail guy moved away, I needed to find someone new to come wash all my vehicles twice a month. Rob & his team have been nothing short of amazing. Very fair pricing & can handle a simple detail to a complex job including ceramic coating or waxing. Grateful to have found Rob with Affinity.
