I'm writing this review on March 25, 2025. I hadn't used the car wash for a month, and today I stopped by around 11 AM. After two hours, it started raining, and I tried to go back because my car was dirty from the rain. The supervisor told me I wasn't allowed to wash it again. I said it wasn't my fault it rained, and besides, it was my first wash this month since paying for the monthly membership. That's their policy, but as a loyal customer, a courtesy pass might be a better option.
